Proscape FM is the facilities management division of Tanseeq Investment Group, a Dubai-headquartered conglomerate of approximately 5,000 personnel — including around 700 engineers, architects and technical staff — with a GCC-wide footprint. The division was founded in 2008 and is headquartered at Proscape Building, Al Quoz 4, Dubai.
Our scope is landscape, soft FM, water, hardscape, irrigation and lighting — six maintenance disciplines delivered under a single project manager and consolidated under one Tanseeq parent. The catalogue is intentionally narrow. We do not market services we do not deliver at procurement-grade specification.
We work with master developers, master-community asset teams, government landscape and public-realm authorities, hospitality groups, and master-developer estate operators. The decision cycle in this category is long; we work to it, not against it.
The credibility lever in this category is “show me where you have already done this”. Generic claims do not pass tender evaluation; named projects do. The Proscape FM portfolio is public-realm work that is still standing and still maintained — Dubai Municipality interchanges, master communities, public parks, and Expo 2020.
A reference site visit can be arranged on request as part of any tender or capability discussion. Project documentation, including handover certificates and continuous maintenance records, is available to support evaluation.
Tanseeq Investment Group was incorporated in 2011, consolidating ventures operating from 2000. Its headquarters are in Dubai, with a personnel base of approximately 5,000 including around 700 engineers, architects and technical staff. The group’s footprint extends across the GCC, with a sister entity (Proscape KSA) and a long-standing trading arm in Saudi Arabia.
Multi-discipline depth is the operational benefit. Sister brands within the group cover stones and slates, timber, metalwork, water features, garden centre supply, and landscape elements — meaning a buyer signing with Proscape FM has visibility on the full Tanseeq trade base for sourcing, value engineering and integrated delivery. That is what “single-vendor depth” means in practice.

Three operational principles distinguish a Proscape FM contract from a panel-of-trades arrangement.
Landscape, FM, water, hardscape, irrigation and lighting consolidated under one Proscape FM contract. Where a contract requires public-health pest management, the division is accessible through Tanseeq Group as a bundled scope.
One Proscape FM project manager interfaces with the client through the contract. The buyer is not co-ordinating a panel of trades — co-ordination is internal to Tanseeq Group.
Same crews, same maintenance teams, year-on-year. Continuity reduces handover overhead and protects the specification through successive maintenance cycles.
Six items that procurement officers and asset directors typically ask about up front.
A 30-minute consultation covers scope, programme and procurement route — no obligation beyond that.
