Nad Al Hamar Interchange landscape is maintained by Proscape FM under a Dubai Municipality contract. Soft landscape, hardscape edges, irrigation network and condition reporting are inside the contract scope.
Photography placeholders are populated with original Proscape FM project imagery in v1.1. Stock-as-portfolio is auto-FAIL per brand-guidelines.md §15.
